Atviro kodo programų talpinimas

Teikti nemokamą prieigą prie patalpintų atviro kodo programų. Pagrindiniai vartotojai yra Lietuvoje gyvenantys žmonės, kad serveriai būtų kuo arčiau vartotojų. Serveriai skirti tiem kas nenori užsiimti techniniais administravimo dalykais, bet nori naudotis šiomis programomis. Šie serveriai būtų išlaikomi iš vartotojų paramos, o jų administravimu rūpinsis organizacijos savanoriai arba darbuotojai.

Tvarus verslas

Organizacija augtų iki maksimalaus dešimties darbuotojų skaičiaus, o darbo užmokesčio riba būtų penkis kartus didesnė už vidutinį darbo užmokestį Lietuvoje. Pasiekus šias ribas, organizacija daugiau nebeaugtų ir siektų kuo geriau optimizuoti procesus, kad būtų galima mažiau laiko skirti darbui, o sutaupytą laiką geriau paskirti hobiams, savanoriavimui, šeimai ar kitokioms veikloms. Oranizacija atvertų visus vidinius procesus, sukurtų įrankius, kurie galėtų automatiškai paleisti minimalią infrastuktūrą, kad bet kas kitas turėtų galimybę lengvai sukurti tokią pačią organizaciją ir aptarnauti papildomus klientus rinkoje. Veiklos sritys apimtų atviro kodo programinės įrangos diegimą, palaikymą, individualių sprendimų kurimą toms programoms. Nuo kiekvienos sąskaitos penki procentai keliautų paramai tų produktų, kurie pritaikomi versle, jeigu jos turi kaip tą paramą priimti.

Organisation idea

Hosting of open source programs

To provide free access to hosted open source programs. The main users are people living in Lithuania, so that the servers are as close to users as possible. The servers are intended for those who do not want to deal with the technical side of things, but want to use these programs. These servers are to be funded by users, and their administration would be taken care of by volunteers or employees of the organisation.

Sustainable business

The organisation would grow to a maximum of ten employees, and the salary limit would be five times higher than the average salary in Lithuania. Once these limits are reached, the organisation would stop growing and would strive to optimise processes as much as possible, so that less time could be spent on work, and the saved time could be better spent on hobbies, volunteering, family, or other activities. The organisation would open up all internal processes, create tools that could automatically run a minimal infrastructure so that anyone else could easily create the same organisation and serve additional customers in the market. Areas of activity would include implementation of open source software, support, and development of individual solutions for those programs. Five percent of each bill would go to support those products that are applied in the business, if they have a way to accept that support.
